The award for Best Director has gone to small town in France, Colmar (Haut-Rhin), for a novice director with only two short films directed so far.
The winner was Olivier Abbou for his opera prima Territories.
Abbou get a great atmosphere with a climate and a dark film noir aspect that makes the viewer feel with increasing intensity, the events it describes.
